5. Purchasing through FastSpring
To complete a purchase we redirect you to a website operated by FastSpring (FS Holdings, Inc., Santa Barbara, California, USA). FastSpring is our Merchant of Record and acts as the seller towards you. Once you follow the redirect, FastSpring processes your data under its own responsibility and its own privacy policy. From FastSpring we receive only the purchase details required for fulfilment and accounting.
6. Confirmation page after purchase
After completing a purchase, FastSpring redirects you back to a confirmation page on this website. An order number, the amount, and the currency may be passed as parameters in the address. We use these details solely to evaluate completed purchases. They are transmitted to Google only if you have previously consented to reach and advertising performance measurement.
7. The add-in itself
The Word Versioning add-in processes your documents exclusively on your local machine. It establishes no connection to servers operated by etis GmbH or by third parties and transmits no document content. The trial counter is stored locally on your device only. Using the add-in therefore involves no processing of your personal data by us.
